I saw this and I’m starting it.
Mostly because I came back from Arizona with 4 extra pounds of “luggage,” if you know what I mean. That’s what you get for 3 squares and a lot of sitting. And 2+ litres of water per day. At least I’m keeping up with the water.
I have 30 to go. All the rest of the diet business will go on the tracking page, linked on the sidebar. Unless there’s some funny stories, of course. That will be here. tee hee.
